Roots Blower (Oil Free Air Production)

Our Deva Blower Packages can operate an air flow rate from 3 m³/min to - 160 m³ min against a load of 1000 mbar.

Blower units are machines in which two identical rotors, rotating in a special cast cylinder, operate without touching each other. The driving rotor gets the movement from the electric motor via belt and pulley. The movement to the other rotor transmitted by means of gears. Rotor blades and the cylinder. In each revolution this capacity is delivered to the system. In this case, the air capacity of the unit can be adjusted according to the rotor rotation speed. Blower units work against the pressure load from the system. Transmited air capacity do not change accorging to system pressure. Despite varying pressure values, air is produced at the same flow rate. Since the air produced is transmitted without mixing with oil, it is preferred and used in many sectors. Blower units can work against the load in the system as well as work it can work as a vacuum unit if it is designed.
